Hi guys! Thanks for the well-wishes. Andy - loved your comment! ;) It wouldn't have been her saying that, but the other kid from his school who Eric keeps beating out in everything. I am absolutely certain that he (and his parents!) hate Eric! :rolleyes1

I concur. It made me giggle immensely.

Question for all you lovely people: Since I'm only doing one day at WDW this trip (unless I find extra money), should I try auditioning for the American Idol thing and chance it taking my whole day? Of course that's if I make it to the finale. I still have options even if I only make it to one show, and if I don't get in at all then there's no loss.

hey all, monday...all day

least it's going to be near 60 or so all week here:woohoo: , maybe the snow will melt

calvin & hobbs, opus gone from Sunday funnees, i don't bother to read it anymore except for this one, ZITS:

Andy, from what i have read on other disney boards about AI, it could be a long day for you.
guests audition at the beginning of the day and then wait to be assigned when they will preform in front of the audience guests.

The winners from all the shows during the day, are in the finals at the end of the day.

I believe it is the audience that determines the winners of each group.

:squirrel: I hate to do this, but I have to go work on the taxes. I didn't feel like paying someone this year, so I'm turbo taxing it.:scared:

Disney has a great deal for FL residents on park tickets. For a two day ticket, it's $99.00/plus tax and it's good through 5/21/09. Oh and it also has black out dates. Disney likes to sell it by saying it's only $50.00/day instead of just coming out with it...they do it with all the FL resident tickets. ;)

Let's see...Universal offers the $95.00 ticket for seven days and Disney offers the $99.00 ticket for two days. :rolleyes1

A great deal? I think not!
:rotfl:

i like tax act, free for some to file, lets me import from last year's returns...it's what i use for the ones i help others out with & my own...

said refund i got on Friday:banana: :dance3: :yay: :woohoo:

dh sez he's taking his chunk of change asap before it all gets spent on vacation:laughing: , even took me out to lunch, think he was buttering me up...it's mine, all mine! hee - hee

DS has HS basketball game tonight in the laurel highlands - somewhere out there:rolleyes: ...a good 1-1/2 hrs from home:eek: on a school night:confused3...dumb imo. They did make the upcoming playoffs with a 7-14 record, which they then improved to 8-14 on Friday...must be 'some' conference:rolleyes1

I still have a pack of disney tickets from 1977. I guess at those rates they're worth gold dubloons.

Also just found out the kids are off this Friday and Monday. And of course the teachers cannot use those days for make-up snow days--not part of their contract. Aargh!!!

I don't mind spending a long day, especially how much I love performing in front of people. I was thinking of doing DHS first anyway to get TSM done before it gets crowded. So....either grab a fast pass for that then hurry to audition or vice versa. Of course if I do make it I won't have to worry about paying for park hopper...unless I don't make it to the finale and want to have dinner in Epcot. Choices choices.

Work was so slow today. I'm glad to be home. We had fried egg sandwiches for dinner! Yum!!

i fix fried egg sandwiches here too.
we love them with plenty of mayo

Call me something, but fried eggs and mayo, just dont sound right!!

Fried eggs with ketchup, now were talking..

Then again I dont like any kind of hamburger with pickles. On the side thats fine..

Give me fried egg sandwich with onions, a dash of hot sauce and ketchup with a dash of cheese and toast the bread!!

I;m the Emiral of the house, but not everyone agrees with my ingriedients!!:confused3--and a sprinkle of cayeane powder and garlic!! BAMMM
