Someone Disappeared of my Friends and Family

I was updating information for our trip and suddenly one of my friends disappeared! When we try to re-add her and add her magic band back on her it says the magic band is already associated with someone.
Has anyone had this happen?

It happened to me with my grandmother. I had to call IT and they were able to add her back.

Yes, call IT. You'll never be able to fix it by yourself and it will only take them a minute. Our account got all messed up - 2 people were missing, wrong people in rooms, tickets missing - it was a mess, but the IT lady got it fixed!

My husband is missing from mine. Not sure why, can't even see him. I'm the "owner" of the ressie. All I know is that it was messed up during our last visit when we were among the MB "testers". I WILL be calling IT when I have time during the week next week. Thankfully our FP+ window doesn't open for several weeks yet. Main point of this reply is that I think its a common occurrence, unfortunately.

I talked to IT this morning and they fixed it..apparently two of my people merged onto one acct somehow. Oh well at least it is fixed
