We were supposed to be at WDW 2 weeks ago but due to a family emergency had to cancel at the last minute. I rebooked the flights for the first week of May but have been stressing over where to stay. For the past 2 weeks I have been checking email and calling daily to see if I had a pin code but the only code I had was good only for September. If we had to pay rack rate we had decided we would stay for the first time offsite (kids weren't too thrilled but we would still be at Disney) On Friday I sent an email to Disney asking how they give out their codes and why some people get tons of pins and don't use them while others who may go often don't seem to get any. The next day I received a call from someone at Disney who said she had read my email and would like to assist me with my travel plans. She took my info (dates of travel, number of people, where we would stay etc) and said she would call me back in 10 minutes...5 minutes later she called back and had me booked with free dining.
I have never sent an email to customer service at any company ever before...I am really impressed!
