It seems as though my peaceful protest has been taken over by the anarchists who want to see the complete collapse of the Teen Board. They're like the people from the anti-war protests in the 60's who brought firebombs.

There are kids begging to work at Disney for minimum wage, how can they not, as a company, take advantage of that? Also, I doubt there are many places where these kids could get much more than minimum wage. Most of them have basically no experience.

The last time I checked there were over 100 members in the Fall 2010 CP group, and this is 2 months before applications even go out. A lot of them are alum. Obviously Disney is doing something right.

oh people want to work for disney, i'll never say theyre aren't. i just feel that disney, with its infinite resources, could do more for its very loyal employees.

The TB has and will always have people who argue, who fight, who don't like each other, people are opinionated, some people choose to ignore tsuff, some choose not to. That is NOT going to change.

I feel like you're making a mountain out of a molehill with this. No one is turning against each other, this isn't some crazy TB revolution...some people don't like each other, but that doesn't mean everyone is turning on each other.

Disney employees get a lot of stuff that normal people don't know about.For instance anything with the Disney name on it we get 40-50% off and disney vacations like the cruises and Adventures by Disney we get up to 70% off of.They also provide us with special things during the holidays.One that comes to mind is they get a huge tented area and fill it with stuff from stores in the area and we get to shop their for our families christmas presents.Also I know quite a few disney employees making way more than their friends that finished college did.You are guarenteed a rais every year you stay with the Disney company.

And I agree. Chatham and Patterson are under $350/month for a 4 bedroom. Anything else that cheap would most likely be overridden with meth labs and chipping paint. I think Disney treats their employees as good (if not better) than anyone else.

I assume by we that your hoping to get into the Fall 10 program? If you do thats awesome I'm going to try to extend into the fall so I can get into all the parties for free and work during the holidays.
