Some guy is selling Premium AP's for $300

I saw an ad on Craigslist today for Premium Ap's for $300. How is that possible? Where is he getting these passports and how can he resell them? Obviously this is fishy but I can't even get my head around how it's possible. Anyone ever heard of this before? Here's a copy of the ad:

Best guess? Someone bought a premium pass, and he has duplicated the voucher. If he has the hard cards, he swiped a bunch from a Dsney store, and they aren't activated. Its one of those cases of "Too good to be true."

Maybe he's selling cards that will never work at the turnstiles. By the time the (sucker) buyer finds out they are invalid, the dealer is long gone.

Could it be possible that the voucher was bought and just not used yet? I would make sure you had a chance to get through the front gate, before you hand out any money.

Just realized he's in Glendale AZ -- couldn't figure out why he would go to Glendale [CA] on vacation from Anaheim
If the passses were legit he would meet you at the DL gate IN HIS HOMETOWN, not in another state!

Usually these people have some kind of story that makes their sale sound kind of legit (if that's what you want to hear), like oh I bought these tickets and we have to move or I need to sell them back because I lost my job and now we have no money, or whatever. I'm seriously wondering what this guy's story is. "I accidentally bought 15 premium passes and brought them with me on vacation to Arizona but my oopsie is your lucky day!" Really.
