Some Check In Questions

I usually drive down to WDW in Summertime but I am flying after work in 2 weeks and have a few questions:

1. My gf is flying down and will arrive at the BCV around 6 PM on Thursday night. I will be arriving around 10:30 (ugh). Is there any way she could check in for m?

2. If she cannot, for common courtesy, should I call MS and tell them that we will be checking in late?

You can call Member Services and put her name on the reservation - that is the only way they will allow her to check in.

But it's a simple process - I'd definitely recommend it...

I would think that as long as she has the confirmation/check-in papers with her to check in and you call MS to let them know that she will be arriving ahead of you to check-in first that you wouldn't have a problem (make sure they have her name of course). When you call MS to let them know of this I'm sure they will let you know if it would be a problem though. I'm sure that anyone else who has ever actually experienced this situation will post after me and let you know too.

As Beth posted, all you have to do is call MS and add her name to the reservation. If her name is on the reservation, she can check in without you.

Thanks for the assistance. It would be totally easier if she could check in rather than wait 5 hours for me to get there.
