does the sog bus to the magic kingdom still drop you off at the ttc, and then you walk to the monorail, or do they have a spot at the entrance like the disney resort buses do? I have always hated that you had to walk to the monorail from the ttc while everyone else gets dropped off at the front!

Shades of Green uses Fleetwood Limousine as thier transportation provider. (Same company, drivers and equipment that does Hotel Plaza Blvd)

As such, because it is not a Disney Resort, and does not use Disney Transport, you will not get the same level of service. Buses will drop off and pick up at the Transportation and Ticket Center for the Magic Kingdom. (and potentially Epcot... not sure, though)

I personally think SOG bus services are much better than wdw bus services (at least they were in the past!) and yes they go to MGM, AK, and Epcot!

In the past, they were run by the Gov't (Shades of Green directly). It's now run by an outside company.
