He was fed first thing in the morning, outside because he wouldn't come inside. DH said that he tried to go near him and he ran away.

I've gone out 3 times now and he won't come. No sign of him anywhere.

We've called the vet and Sunday mornings are for emergencies only. They said that if/when he does come in and if it looks bad, to call and they would assess how it goes with their other emergencies.

Been trying all morning. He's not coming to the rattle of the biscuit box.

Milk and cookies? Heavy on the milk?

dh has gone out looking for him. Still no sign of the critter.

Like I said. I don't think he's ever forgotten the time when he had to fend for himself on the street.

We do feed him tinned cat food, and supplement with fresh meat and chicken necks; as well as tinned biscuits. But Moses prefers our food. If we have leftover spaghetti or rice....he hangs around like a bad smell.

I hope so too. I'm hoping that he'll pitch up for his dinner in about 4 hours of so. I don't think we'll see him before that. DH is going to start the vacuuming and he hates the sound of the vacuum cleaner.

Other than to and from the airport, did you ever leave the resort?

We spent one full day at the Pearl Harbor Memorial and the next day we drove up to the North shore, then drove south along the coastline and around back to the resort. Three nights wasn't nearly enough time, but we plan on going back in a couple of years.

For us the flight to Hawaii is about the same as WDW, we are planning 10 days next year. We're listening to a conference call right now and it looks like we might get some cash. Fran told me that we can take a Mexican Riviera cruise for next Thanksgiving if this deal comes through.

For us it's shorter than WDW, it's only a 5 hour flight to Honolulu. Here's to hoping you can take your Mexican Riviera cruise.

Moses has the pick of beds in the house! He starts off on DS' bed and then meanders over to ours later in the night. He also has a cat bed outside in the back under a covered spot.

Still no sign of him. He knows. If he materialises, he's going to the vet and he's not fond of the experience.

Sounds like Moses is one tough kitty, I hope he comes in soon.

I had hot chocolate.

Starbuck's hot chocolate and a ham breakfast sandwich were the only things that got me awake enough to work today. It's been a long week!

Poor Moses! I hope he comes back soon. None of our kitties are going outside any more. I haven't seen Maxie for sometime now. The only one who can go out is the one with cancer and she won't be around much longer.

We used to factor in a stopover in Hawaii either on the way over or the way back from Oz. And then the airlines starting flying direct to LA or SF. Now, it costs $$$ to add a stopover in Hawaii. So, DH and I keep thinking we need to build a holiday just for Hawaii. Seems strange to head all that way and not keep going to the mainland.

We're thinking five days on the big island and then five at Aulani. It seems like there is a ton of stuff to relax at the resort.
