4 hours and 50 minutes....just finished watching Djokovic defeat Murray. Such an epic tennis match.

Yeah, I know thankfully there was an on ramp right where we got off, I don't like getting off the freeway between downtown LA and home.

Today is more door knob replacing and cleaning with TSP. Tonight we are trying out a "supper club" that one of our friends has been a member of. The restaurant this month is the Napa Rose, so that should be fun! We just have to get through the hard part of the day.

Hmmmm...i wonder if these people will find me weird taking pictures of food porn

Finally caught up on all the posts but the Dis is so slow I almost gave up. :sad2: The pictures from Hawaii are absolutely beautiful ACDSNY. As beautiful as I think it is, I don't see us going there anytime soon. I really can't see tolerating a 12 hour plane ride. Maybe some day, when were retired & can take longer than a week to travel, well get there.

For us the flight to Hawaii is about the same as WDW, we are planning 10 days next year. We're listening to a conference call right now and it looks like we might get some cash. Fran told me that we can take a Mexican Riviera cruise for next Thanksgiving if this deal comes through.

Sounds like everyone is having fun this weekend. Enjoy. Love, love all the pics, it keeps me entertained.

Rocky week for me on all fronts (with the exception of DH and DS at home). Between work and family *stuff*, I'm glad to see the end of this week.

Sounds like Holidays to me.

Yes it is.

That sounds like a warm place to be.

I'm not sure about having fun this weekend, but at least hopefully tonight!

I need coffee!

It's Saturday and the rocky week is NOT over. NOT.Happy.with.DH.

Our cat Moses....he was dumped in our street and we ended up finding and adopting him.

He's never really forgotten having to survive in the streets and he will pick a fight with any cat!
We've had more vet visits from Moses being hurt in fights than I care to remember. We've had the local council send us a notice about keeing Moses inside. Even the vet told DH to keep Moses inside at night.

Problem is that Moses knows how to bang doors and cupboards in the early morning (3 am) and it wakes us up. We've taken to padding to reduce the noise.

Last night, I was up a little later than normal, watching the end of a tennis match. So, I didn't hear Moses at 3 am....but DH did and he let him out.

Cat fight!

I haven't seen Moses this morning yet but DH says that he needs to go to the vet and isn't letting anyone near him to check how bad it is. :headache:

If it's regular tea it has the required caffination.

I hope Moses recovers from last night's adventure and sleeps in a kennel.

Moses has the pick of beds in the house! He starts off on DS' bed and then meanders over to ours later in the night. He also has a cat bed outside in the back under a covered spot.

Still no sign of him. He knows. If he materialises, he's going to the vet and he's not fond of the experience.

He's normally hiding in the garden. He rarely wanders for too long. His tummy is attached by umbilical to a timer. :rotfl:

DH says he saw Moses in the garden under some bushes. He's probably aware that he needs to go to the vet but is avoiding us like the plague. We'll book him in for a session tomorrow morning.
