So you have to use all of the dining credits before you check out??

I Am in DTD trying to use my last meal before we go home and got declined. Seriously?? I thought i could use all of my credits before i left disney regardless of when i checked out. I am beyond angry. I have 4 snack credits left too. I guess they are gone!!

You have until midnight of your checkout day to use all credits. I would check with Guest Services and see if they can help. If it's not to much trouble I would go back to the hotel and have them resolve the issue.

There have been varying reports on whether this could be done or not. Most people who have been able to have done it AT their resort. You could try again or ask for the manager, but no guarantees.

in a word-no.
the first time we had the dining plan-we did not realise we could use our remaining snack credits on candy to take home with us, we had cs and ts remaining also.

the following year we had loads of ts credits and a few cs credits remaining-used all the snacks!

this year, we had qsdp- and still had 21 cs credits remaining at check out-the cm commented we had lots of food to eat that day-however the other check out times, there was no mention of our remaining balances.

You absolutely should have been able to use a TS credit for a CS meal. As of this year, it is supposed to be a property-wide perk. Your credits expire at 11:59pm on checkout day. Which restaurant is denying you?

It was at the Wolfgang Puck express. When he said it was declined i was so confused i didn't think to tell him again that i wanted to use my remaining TS credit. It was after i posted this rant that i realized that could have been the problem. I went on to Goofy's candy store and was able to use my remaining snack credits without an issue. This is my first time using the DP. Lesson learned.
