My friend and I are staying at DLH September 20th - 23rd. Will all of the anniversary stuff be over by then or will there be more stuff going simply because of the anniversary? I'm talking along the lines of parades, fireworks etc?

All the 20th anniversary stuff will still be going on in September when you are there. If you want to get an idea of what exactly you will see, download the current weeks programme from the official DLP site - it will be similar to what you'll get in September .
