Other than the lounge, what are the perks booking concierge vs. not?

We are just starting to plan and we have never cruised before so I'm open to any and all advice.

Thanks so much!

Since I haven't noticed a DVD player in a V room I think that's not included in V. Could be wrong.
Just off the Fantasy yesterday. I can confirm the one bedroom Concierge rooms have two tvs and two DVD players.

In talking with Concierge this past week, they said they loved working on the Dream/Fantasy. They love the lounge and what they can offer. They felt more like they were intruding on guests on the Magic/Wonder when working those ships. M/W also don't have the same drink offerings that D/F do because of the lounge. (alcohol, water, and sodas)

There is a DVD player in a Cat V. We "rented" a movie one night of our cruise last year. This was on the Fantasy

I'm not sure what it gets you ... but thank you for booking concierge ... my room rates are much more "reasonable" because you are willing to step up and pay the big huge ginormous rate so I don't have to.

Sums it up perfectly. Nothing I can think to add.

On the Fantasy, you also get two afternoon cocktail gatherings on the private sun deck, one where a character attends. :-)

Just to clarify, by "hot breakfast" Disney Fantasy means from room service.

ANYONE on the ship can get hot breakfast in Cabanas or whichever MDR is serving breakfast.

My very favorite part of concierge is having a quiet place to get away from the crowds in the lounge and private sundeck. Not having to stand in line for guest services, or to order photos is another nice perk. My husband doesn't like crowds, so being able to book a cabana for Castaway Cay makes the day there that much better for the rest of the family.

To be honest I didn't like the concierge sun deck, too hot, little shade not close to water, enclosed.

I am sailing in a concierge family stateroom with verandah in September.
Can I get hot breakfast in the morning?
Thank you very much.

PP said "concierge family stateroom with verandah" which I assumed to mean category V. So, no.

Anyone can get hot breakfast in the restaurants. Only some concierge cabins can get room service hot breakfast as outlined by DF.
