And then... over the past 8 months (we booked January 5th - where has the time gone? ) I have been purchasing items for our December trip. I was suprised today when I pulled it all out to take pictures of how much I've actually already acquired.

I still would like to find about two more t-shirts for the kids and myself (Eddie is covered already) but am trying to make myself wait for the Christmas stuff to come back out. Any Christmas stuff you see here - I purchased on clearance after the 2010 season.

PJ's first...

These are for the boys... they may be edging on the side of 'too little boyish' but they are PJ's, they were on sale, I thought they were cute, and who's going to see them in them anyway!?!

This is a nightgown I found for Erin - she will love it:

And on to the t-shirts...

This first set is the "2011" set - the boy's shirts are identical. Not sure how much longer I can get away with that though...

This next set is the "I can't believe I actually bought these but by God we are wearing them...." shirts... They are from Jake and the Neverland Pirates and I just thought they were cute and would make for cute pictures in the World.

This next set are the boy's t-shirts... again, only one set here because I bought them the same shirts... MAYBE the last few I purchase I will make different.

And these are Erin's shirts... she's the only one with a Christmas Mickey shirt right now...

AND my special "ME" purchase. I don't like carrying anything big/heavy around all day and I found this bag and fell in love with it. It's a cross body bag and thin but will hold everything we need.

And I almost forgot these... I found these fleece pullovers on sale last winter and had them personalized... I hope they will be what the kids need at night during December in Florida...

And last but not least... here are the boys playing football - the first one is Nolan and guess what - you can't really see him... You can see his red helmet and legs, top group of players in the middle of the picture with three boys in white hot on his trail... in the end zone with the football (side note... this football field is our 'fall home' and the baseball field behind it is our 'spring home.' Just some info for ya )

And this is Nate... he also has the ball and scored on this run - but I got excited and didn't get him in the end zone... I know... if you don't see it, it never happened, right? But he's the one (#12) closest to the official.

We actually have a photographer that is a local and he comes to our games to take action shots - way better than mine, of course, so when I get those, I will put some better shots on here.

Both boys won their games this weekend so both have 3 and 0 records so far! I got a kick out of our announcer... anytime Nate did something (like score, or tackle) he would say "And folks, he learned everything he knows from his brother Nolan" and then during Nolan's game, whenever Nolan did something well, he would say "And Nate just informed me that Nolan actually learned everything he knows from Nate." It's been an ongoing debate even today at my house...

I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Remembering 9/11 and those lives lost on this day.... seems so surreal even now. Erin was 3, Nolan was 7 months and Nate was not even on the drawing board yet... prayers and hugs to all.

I LOVE THE DINING ROOM SET! Finally get to see a picture! I think it is well worth not having the theme park view! When are we going to have time to look out the window!

I so love all the t-shirts...no one must be home or you locked the doors when you got your stash out. My stash is in a big tub at the bottom of the closet in the boys room...and they have no clue! I really want to get it out and look...those dreaming times...plus I need to inventory! I lost my list, but I think I am pretty much close to being done!

Where did you find the princess shirt about the shoes? Too cute!

I love the bag...I was looking at Gander Mountain yesterday and I think I have found the bag I want! But then I think about needing to layer and jackets and peeling...hmmm backpack or bag?!

Totally locked myself in my bedroom and pulled it all out. The princess t-shirt I found on the disney store website. AND I think it was on sale for $9.99.

I've thought about the layers and peeling them off! And not having a backpack... we will probably take the one we've taken in the past but I'm hoping to not have to use it the first couple of days until DH gets there and then he can tote that. The kids and I will be in and out of the resort quite a bit late afternoon/evening on the days DH is not there so I think I have it in my mind we can grab or take off if needed.

Oh man... my boys love to shoot, too. Eddie is super cautious with them and has put them through the safety courses, etc. and they cannot get to them (which is a huge fear of mine). I had no problem putting money into a good gun safe that they don't know how to get open... nor will they ever. Even when they are deemed 'older and more responsible.' SO good luck to Boo and his shooting club! I am sure he will love it!

Thank you!! We thought the announcer was funny, too! He has been calling the youth football games in our town for ??? years. And he really loves it and he makes it way more interesting than most!

The bag is so cute too! I bought a bag this year as well for the same reasons. Last time my bag was way to big and heavy. It will be great to have a bag that is light/slim and still able to hold everything you need for the day!
