Does anyone know anything about the Phillips Arena in Atlanta?
I ended up with section 112 Row P

Well I did pretty good for New Orleans. It took a while but I ended up with Section A on the floor - 8th row - I think DD and niece will be pretty happy.

It would have been better and faster to have gone straight to Ticketmaster and purchase tickets with the fan club bundle...
it was up and ready before the fan club site got moving...
So anyone not already a member this would be much faster..

I did this at 955 and it tells me I have the wrong tier membership for the presale and wont let me in. any ideas

Don't waste your time and money joing the fan club!!!!!!!! Had I not joined last night I could have got lower level right in front of the the stage but I did not want to join again through ticketmaster and now I'm on the floor way in the back. I know I shouldn't complain because we will be there but with spending that much money on tickets you would think that their site would be able to handle the volume. It took me 45 minutes to finally get my passcode!

I got Section 102 Row G in Charlotte. I wanted floor seats, but they never came up. I must have tried about 12 times. Well, I think the girls will be happy with these tix. They are 7th row, lower level, one section over from center stage. I just tried to get on the jo bros website to see what everyone else from Charlotte got and I can't even get on the site. I'm so glad I logged in early.Good luck and keep trying to those of you who haven't gotten them yet. Don't give up!!

Here is my story:

Tickets run from $30-$100.
VIP package tickets were $375 each.

Buy the Fan Club Pre-Sale tickets!

By the time Regular tickets went on sale a week later the show was SOLD OUT other than singles throughout the stadium in not so great seating.

Not a single VIP seat left, nothing on the floor, nothing in level 1.
Just singles in level 2 and then singles in the worst Level 3.

Between the Fan Club Pre-sale, the Fan Family Pre-sale and the Amex front of the Line deal they sold out.

I got the Fan Club deal and entered the code but rejected a bunch of seats I was offered until I got ones I was happy with.

I was never able to get good floor tickets unless I paid for the VIP tickets.
I heard the first 10 rows were VIP package only seating.

I had wanted four seats together but wasn't getting much so downgraded to 3 and got lots more choices.

That's what I'm thinking. Here, we have the fan club presale, fan family presale, citi cardholders, then they have the "Q" insiders on Friday, then finally they go on sale to the public on Saturday. Without some type of code, there's no way anyone will get tickets--unless there are some of those VIP packages available. Can you imagine what the ticketmaster and venue fees would be on that????

Ok, I need to know which seats are in front. The set up is confusing and I cannot tell if my seats are back, front, side etc. And the map on ticketmaster is no help.

Try going directly to your arena's website maybe, that is where I found a good seating chart for my show.

Phillips Arena in Atlanta is our show. The site crashed for 18 minutes, but I finally ended up with section 107 Row G on the aisle. Not bad for all the panic it caused.

For the person asking about 102, it is on the opposite end of where we are. Not bad, either.

My biggest gripe is that this is what we went through last year with presale. One would think someone could figure out not to put the BULK of presale on the SAME day at virtually the SAME time.

That was me asking about 102. I just can't tell if we are behind, in front of, next to...where they will actually be performing. Are we going to be looking at the back of their heads all night, or will they rotate? The catwalk thing has me totally thrown. I did go to the time warner arena website, but it didn't tell me anything that i didn't know from the ticketmaster website.

i hear ya. tickets are still "available" with my presale code (i only got 3 but apparently can get 3 more with the code).. the seats are still high up and am wondering if i should bother with trying to get better lower level seats at all at the general sale. i'm thinking that seats won't be available come sat am.

but in my area there are 4 days between shows. i am hoping they add another show.

Here is the link to them announcing their World Tour.
As it shows the tour dates and location you can see the stage set up in the background.
They are playing In-the-Round format with a revolving stage.
So they will be rotating around for songs so you will get to see them facing you no matter which side of the stage you are on.
They also have two catwalks (one on each side of the stage) that they will come down onto and perform.
So yes for those parts you may not have them on your side.

This is so aggravating still cant get a presale code. But the website says not to worry the presale goes on for 36 hours and sooner or later disney will learn how to make a website that works.

Has anybody been contacted individually like they have posted on the crashed website???

Oops...I thought someone asked about 102 at Phillips, but it was really 112. It is in the corner of the arena but on the lower level. I think it will be fine.

I noticed on the JB fan club site they are trying to work out who did and didn't get presales. Then, I guess they are trying to help those that didn't. I still don't get why they didn't spread these sales out more. It would have helped the whole process run so much smoother.

Well seen as how I have no luck at keeping secrets we told DD6 tonight. I planned a scavanger hunt with clues & each clue had letters to a word that spelled out"we are going to the Jonas Brothers concert". It took a half hour for her to figure out the clues but only 5 minutes to figure out the words. When she read it out loud she simply asked"what does this mean?" when I told her we were going she said"cool now can we go play" I think I was more excited when I got thru to get the tickets.LOL She takes after her dad in not much gets her excited. The concert will be a whole nother story,she won't sit down for a minute.I'm gonna need a ticker to count down the days now. LOL
