I hope the help incldes refunding the money for the fan club since it didnt allow access to the presale as advertised

If you go to the membership details for the 2 levels of the fan club (I am not a member myself - I just looked it up now), it doesn't GUARANTEE access to the presale, so I don't think you'd automatically get a refund for that reason:

I have learned over the years NEVER to join a fan club simply for early access to tickets. If you add up the 4-6 presales available for most concerts, and then figure out that only 10-15% of all available tickets are allocated to ALL presales (and those tickets aren't all the best seats - they are scattered throughout the arenas in all price points), you have better chances at public onsales for MOST artists. There are some artists that offer ticket sales and guarantee locations for fan club presales (Duran Duran, for instance, has a VIP package that guaranteed a ticket in the first 5 rows of the venue, along with some free gifts, but it was MUCH pricier than the regular ticket in the same area), but they are still VERY limited in quantity and sell out quite quickly in many venues.

Good luck to everyone who is still trying for tickets. I'm not super familiar with the Jonas Brothers, but that Joe is so cute - too bad he's young enough to be my son!!!!

I was trying for NJ and didn't get the fansite to load until 10:12. My friend and I were together, we got 6 seats, hemmed and hawed too long and lost them! Kept trying and getting the sorry message. Just when I said I was going to block the fanclub charge on my credit card, 6 more seats popped up. We're in section 236, slighter more to the middle than the original 6.

My kids are just going to be have to be happy that they are there!

I guess my DH was lucky this morning. He got the code with no problem and got the tickets we needed. If the site had been down when he tried he'd have probably had a heart attack. He was already a nervous wreck since this is normally my area and the tickets are for DD's 13 birthday. He was feeling the pressure. I got an email at 12:30 with a presale code. DH had already bought tickets at that point.

A weekend in Dallas and the concert with her two best friends.

Change the seating chart to the Jonas Brothers set up on the pull down menu and you'll see section W.

Yes i got tickets for NJ. I got section 213 row 14. The fansite wouldn't load for me until 10:18 or so. The one thing i dislike about the Izod center is that the sides go right up. At MSG its a little more gradual. I'm happy that we are on the side of the stage as i can't tell what end would be the better for the show.

i am really hoping that the brothers will add dates since they are from NJ.

Thats very unfortunate that your daughter is so disappointed, given the fact what you had to go through in order to get the tickets, not to mention the cost. Had my child done it, you can bet those tickets would be up for sale in a heartbeat, hopefully going to a more deserving child who would appreciate going no matter where the seats were.

I'd be really surprised if they don't sell out. This is just the first round of presales. We still have the fan family one, the citicardholder and then the venue presale. All before they go on sale to the public on Saturday. At least that's how it is here for the Cleveland show.

I think we got good seats,we'll see in 122 days.LOL But I know that no matter where we sat DD6 would have been excited to be there. We got last minute tickets to see Hannah Montanna and those seats were practically back stage. It didn't matter at all DD had a great time & was so excited just to be there. We are both really excited to see the Jo Bros. now.

I don't understand how yesterday it said best available was in the 200 level, and now it is showing 100 level tickets available. Can you explain it?

The only way i can possibly explain it is that the 200 levels that folks on here got are high but they are dead center and offer views of both sides of the stage. Everyone seemed to get 200 levels dead center on either side.

the 100 levels that were available today are on opposite ends of the arena and you can really only see 1 side of the 360 degree stage. When the jobros are on the other side from where you are you could only see them via jumbotron.

I would like to belive that it is better to be able to see the full stage, hence being up higher. I am happy to have only spent $46 per ticket and ahve a fuller view versus the $90 and have a some what limited view. It's not blocked like there is a big pole in the way or equipment but who knows how much they are going to be on what side of this stage set up.
