When they revamped their phone systems I was seeing people complain that they could no longer see or find their reservations listed. Figured I'd better check even though I only have 3 made.
Lo and behold only ONE could be found!

I was shocked to be able to re-make my reservations......like shocked there were any available because we're going fairly soon. Weird!

There is a huge thread on the updated adr system in reservations board. If you have your #confirmation there seems to be no problems-did you have your # and they could not find them?. I did mine online and only 3 of the seven showed online with the updates, but when I called all were there( I had all my confirmation #s). Many people who are not calling to check are double booking adrs...making for hassles for others.

To answer though, yep, had all our confirmation numbers. I plan to keep checking though and cancel the old ones if and when they ever show up. LOL

You may have to call to cancel them, due to ongoing problems with the online system.
