Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my (fully paid for! :( ) trip about a month ago. I had used Disney Vacation Account and I requested a full refund, thinking it would happen pretty quickly, since the last time I'd gotten a refund from DVA (of about $9 when I had used the wrong form of payment) it went through in two days. But it's been OVER A MONTH to get my money back. I've emailed, I've called, I've gotten about a gazillion "refund request" emails saying they've received my request, but it still hasn't been processed and nobody seems to know why. I definitely won't be using DVA again.
