We just got our 1st Snow overnite, not much, but enough to delay School's for 2 hrs., maybe we will actually get a big Snow this year.

Snow here in S. Jerseyas well.... they are saying a bad winter for us,,, yes, maybe the big snow storm this year.... Just let me know ahead of time.... need to make that grocery store run...

I'm jealous! We got a few flurries yesterday but it's too warm to stick. I LOVE snow!!

I haven't had a white Christmas in years...please, Santa, please bring me some snow!

No snow here in Florida... yet, but it wouldn't surprise me. I'm thinking I need to move a lot farther south. I've already used up my quota of long pants days for this winter. Global warming my... oops...

Snow day for my girls in Southwest Michigan -- we have a foot of snow outside!

My husband came back from a business trip at 12:30 last night, no snow on the ground. He got us all up, headed into shower and then didn't believe us when we told him it was a snow day! We had 2 inches per hour! Well, he believes us now as he is still outside snow blowing the driveway - I guess he'll be late for work today.

It's so pretty!!

We don't have school today. Poor DH husband had to get up and go to work today. He is a professor and they never cancel classes at his school.
But now they are taking away one of the vacation days in Feb. That means my kids will go all of Feb. and March without a single vacation day. However, they do get out June 3rd.

Snow in TN, VA and NC! Yikers - this is WAY early for us - we have gotten a few flurries over Thanksgiving week the past couple of years, but they got a few inches just north of us last night!

I'm in Asheville, and schools are closed. The snow wasn't the issue, it was the cold that caused the snow to ice over the roads. Wrecks everywhere.

I'm in SE PA. They were just calling for a few snow showers, nothing really sticking. We got about 1/2 inch at my house, enough to look pretty but not do anything to the roads.

It took DH over 2 hours to get to work. He has about a 45 minute commute. As he got closer to work the roads were horrible. Said they got at least a few inches of snow. Everyone was crawling on the turnpike, bumper to bumper so the plows couldn't get on and the snow was piling up. Real nightmare and definitely NOT what they said on the news this morning.

However, when they do call for a major snow storm we usually end up getting nothing or much less than they predict. I always say sign me up for that job because you can be wrong 99% of the time and people still listen and respect you

I am so happy we do not have snow.
it will come, it's only a matter of time I will happily continue to smile and enjoy the cold temps.
I can handle 10 degrees, as long as there is no ice or snow to move.

I apologize to everyone on the east coast for getting snow early. DD has been wearing her pj's inside out and backwards and sleeping with a spoon under her pillow.
Apparently, this makes it snow. The really funny part is, evertime she has done it, it has snowed.

We got about a half inch on the ground and the car. Road too warm for it to stick there. It was nice. I like snow but hate having to still go to work in it.

Local schools here got a 2 hour delay.

We also got our first dusting of "SNOW". It is so cold here I don't think it will melt any time soon. Thats ok because we will be seeing the "MOUSE" real soon.
