I think what you wrote could be me and my DH. I snore and he sometimes sleeps on the couch in the LR. I try the nasal strips and throat spray and sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. I will try the antihistiment. Maybe that would work.Thanks for the suggestion. I'm the snorer, and unfortunately for DH, all the pokes and prods do nothing-I sleep like a rock. Not only does he sleep in the LR sometimes, he closes the bedroom door to give added "protection" from the noise of my snoring. So at this point, I'm sure he'd be willing to try almost anything new (except the divorce idea).
Sounds like a win, win situation!
Of course, after being awakened by snoring and being the only one in the room, I've had to accept it.
Dear Significant Other snores as well, boy what a pair we are! With snoring I find that the key is to be the one that falls asleep 1st and then the other is out of luck! Of course being really worn out from park hopping can sometimes help the situation! Perhaps a CPAP or 2 is in order!
