Sneaky Restaurant Fail

Yuck. Have you ever read the requirements for getting an A? You can still have "some" rats and insects even then....gross. I guess we all just eat like sailors in the dark anyways.

It all depends on what the health inspector sees whenever he/she walks in... If they don't see rodents or insects during their inspection, then they don't count off on them.

Ours is more leaned towards food preparation, food temperatures, and food storage and storage of pans, utensils and "single-serve" paper items (cups, plates, etc) and the rest is mainly secondary to those items.
