Snapfish book deal from Oprah-Help

I registered and signed up for the free book through the Oprah show. It stated that I would have a credit for the book in my account but it isn't there. What should I do? Has this happened to anyone else? Also, I tried uploading my pictures and the special folder I made won't show up to upload. Am I doing something wrong or is this due to the extra traffic on the site due to the Oprah deal?

It doesn't show up until the very last screen (after you add the credit card info and all that)

When I log into my account, there is an option for account and then an area that shows credits.

My credit appeared right after I did it, and then later disappeared. It has since reappeared so I took a screen shot for my records.

Maybe yours will appear later.

I had the credit on my account earlier, uploaded our Disney photos from March and now the credit is gone!! I hope it reappears.

My credit is back and so are a bunch of other credits!! I am almost done with my free book and it looks great.

Thanks to all of you for your help. Unfortunately my credit still isn't in my account so I will have to contact customer support.
