Snap! - not allowed to make changes

I have booked under the Kids Stay and Play Free package. I added the regular dining plan. Hubs and I decided to change to QDSP and the Cast Member couldn't change it because the code expired! Even though the dining part of the plan was NOT part of the Stay and Play free they can't downgrade the dining. She even said we wouldn't be able to swap out an adult or remove an adult because the code was expired. Talk about taking away some Pixie Dust.

That doesn't sound right. I think I would try calling back. With Disney, it seems like you can get 3 different answers from 3 different people.

Call back for sure! If the cast member is not helpful, ask to be connected to guest services.....

You were given false information. All the CM had to do was call Guest Services and they can make the change. Call back.

I would call back. I'm on the same promotion and have changed the reservation several times. This doesn't sound right.

Pixie Dust Back! I called again and a WONDERFUL cast member was able to change it for us, utilizing guest services. As always, all y'all are awesome!

call back! I have been able to go as far as changing my dates and changing eveyone on my reservation except for myself for another expired package. I don't see why they can't do the same for you.
