I'm assuming since you can't buy gum in the parks that you can't get cigarettes there either. But do they sell ciggies at downtown disney?

They sell cigarettes at the resorts but I don't know about DtD.

You can get cigarettes at Sosa Family Cigars in West Side at Downtown Disney (as well as the resort gift shops).
