I suppose they will now have "Bus Marshalls" similar to the "air marshalls" only they have really good noses and no metal detectors?

You are right, one has to wonder what prompted this proposal.

This happened to my neighbor about a year ago at a local department store. She went into the woman's fitting room to try some clothes on and immediately ran out! Now, we all know that there are no bathroom facilities in a fitting room, but apparently someone decided to defecate in one of the stalls. Completely disgusting!
