Smart way to get a VB 3 bedroom Cottage?

Hi All-

I am trying to make plans for a big family vaction--our family (5), brothers family (5) and parents and wanted to stay at Vero Beach at one of the 3 bedroom beach house--I own at BCV so I would be trying in the 7 month window--It looks like there are only 6 of those units from the resort map--sounds pretty hard to get if you do not own there.

I would want the 1st or 2nd week of June 2008--do I have a chance at the 7 month window? Would it be smart to do a swap of reservations with a VB owner, one who wanted BCV, but never could get a 2 bedroom, let say at christmas and then they book my reservation for me in June?

Possible??? Ideas????

This is going to be very tough. I think the swap idea is your best bet. Good Luck
