We also have Square Trade. DD phone was not working correctly and they sent her a refurbished one. It didn't work, so she sent it back and they sent another. This one could not be used- it was either lost or stolen and couldn't be unlocked. Square Trade had her send it back and told her to go to the Apple Store and they would cover the cost. They also waived the deductible. They were great to deal with in spite of the 2 unforeseen circumstances. I would recommend them.
