When does this normally open back up with the Christmas stuff in it?

Early to mid-November historically. I think it re-opened on November 11 last year.

The dates should be out in 3 months, because it will reopen at least when the Holiday Season starts. It's likely to be the 16th this year. Less likely to be on the 12th. We'll know for sure in a few months. The link is where the dates will appear.
