I'm in need of something positive right now...because I've had a very difficult week emotionally. So I was trying to find something positive to think about - a "pat of the back for myself" so to speak to keep me going:
The last week I noticed: I'm not as winded when I hike the steep hills in my neighborhood during my daily walks - I even pushed my Mom's fitness level (who's in great shape) during our walk together on Monday afternoon; I was able to tuck my t-shirt in with my "tight jeans" today - so maybe their not my "tight" jeans any longer; My shirts are starting to "hang" on me instead of just fit.
These are my small victories for this week. I have a long way to go still - but it is important to recognize progress along the way.

It sounds like you have done well!!!!! No small victories there. Those are major ones!! Keep it up!
