I don't eat it.

I have in the past when the kids were young and in a lot of activities.....mostly they ate it

I had some last week but only because I cleaned out a cabinet and found some I wanted to use up.

I use the chicken one, but never as soup. I just use the noodles, and a very little of the sauce packets in recipes or as a side dish

Funny you should ask! I had my first $0.99 packet of ramen in years just last week. I like it fine but avoided it because it’s a pure carb bomb. Not even sure what compelled me but it was here, I was here and I must say I did enjoy it. :goodvibes

I don't eat it, but sometimes my kids like it as a snack or quick lunch. I buy chicken or beef sometimes for them.

I haven't eaten it in years, but I don't eat it according to the packet. I only cook it until it's fluffy and white, not when it gets brown and gooey (don't let it fully boil). This, my DISfriends, creates a world of difference in both the taste and the tactile experience (and the smell).

I also drain it as well, so it's not sitting in broth, but I also add things to it.

I eventually threw out the flavor packet that came with the ramen. You don't make the rules, Maruchan!

Do you mean the cheap little packets, or more proper ramen? I make my own more often, that way I have better control of what is in it.

I'm asian, so ramen is a staple in my pantry but only Nissin brand. Even with their lower sodium line, I mostly throw out the packets (or use 1/3 of the packet) and just use the noodles. I make a quick meal with leftover or stuff I have (grilled chicken/ham, frozen shrimp/broccoli, and egg)

I like it, chicken and beef flavors. I go in spurts with it. Have it often for awhile, then not at all for a long time. I’m in the not having it for a long time phase right now. I don’t mind that it has so much sodium. Just have a healthy breakfast and dinner with low/no sodium and it all balances out.

I like to eat the chicken when I am sick. If I have chicken broth in the house, I will use that instead of the seasoning packet. I am not a big fan of soup, so I use less liquid and cook until the liquid is absorbed/evaporated.

I like it, though I don't eat it all the time. I like chicken and soy sauce, but my favorite is the Sapporo Ichiban Tonkatsu flavor that I occasionally get from H Mart. It's even yummier when you add an egg to it.

I have it once in a blue moon now. It's way too high in fat since the noodles are fried, way too high in carbs since the noodles are, well carbs, and too much sodium even though I only use as little of a packet I need (like 1/5 of a packet) to get some decent flavoring. I also don't drink the soup. I use as little water as necessary to just coat the noodles with the soup for flavoring.

My favorite flavor is Top Ramen's Creamy Chicken. It really has a creamy consistency like cream of chicken soup. Walmart has it.

We always have it in our house for easy meals. When I was a single mom, I found that throwing some veggies and a protein into it made a good "stretch" meal for myself and my daughter. Now I naturally will throw in a meal like that once in a while because the whole family enjoys it.

I like it when I'm not feeling well, either chicken or beef. I usually throw in a can of Vienna sausages for extra protein. Don't much care about the sodium content, because when I'm not feeling well I'm not eating a ton overall, so I figure it all balances out.
