Rarely due to the carbs (I'm diabetic) but I do like them. I like the spicy chicken one.
Teens do eat them so keep some on hand.

I used to eat it once or twice a week for lunch at work prior to the pandemic. It kind of disappeared from the stores during the pandemic, and at least here, still seems to be a product that hasn't recovered. Or maybe the stores just aren't stocking it anymore. I get it, it takes up a lot of shelf space for an item that usually sells for 25 cents, or 10 for $1 on sale.

I ate it occasionally in college, and then continued to have it off and on over the years. Now it is quite rare though.

My son and his friends loved it. When my son had it we called it cracker soup. He broke up ritz crackers and added a mound of crackers atop it, so it looked like a bowl of crushed crackers.

I like ramen. I add mixed vegetables, a bit of soy sauce along with the seasoning packet, and crushed Ritz crackers. If I have any leftover chicken, I add it.

I like the cup o‘ noodles.
we have a few ramen restaurants around here and those soups are excellent.

We have those too. Last one I went to was about six weeks ago and they were using spaghetti instead of ramen noodles. I suspect they were having trouble getting the noodles just like in the grocery store.

I’ve eaten it, but not regularly although I almost always have some in the house for my teens. They love it. I buy both beef and chicken.

I like shin ramyun the best (spicy Korean style). I like it best with a slice of American cheese on top, which is what we used to do in the army in Korea. Also shrimp and soy sauce flavors are pretty good.

We also occasionally buy fresh Sun brand ramen noodles and make fresh ramen noodle soup, which is more like a real meal, with veggies, eggs, fish cakes, and whatever broth you choose to make (Sun also includes flavor packets that are pretty good--making it a quick dinner).

If there's one food that I like to eat ramen noodles are my favorite food that I love and I could eat it all day if I could. I have liked ramen noodles since I was a little girl ever since my great-grandmother used to eat them all the time while watching soap operas and when she would have her ramen noodles my mom would make a packet just for me and sometimes we would leave a packet of ramen noodles for my uncle too because my uncle was addicted to ramen and would eat it all the time for dinner. When I eat ramen I put no seasoning in it because i'm not a seasoning fan and eat it with just the broth and noodles and it's pretty good and I have it when i'm sick or during rainy days. My ramen of choice is Maruchan Ramen and you can get a case of it for really cheap at Walmart. But recently my dad brought me some awesome vegetarian noodles and they tasted great "I don't recall what the brand is but it comes in a red package" also from Walmart as well but if you try this ramen if you can find it you'll be surprised at the taste

Ramen noodles are close to a staple in our house. I like them but don't eat them; I had bariatric surgery about 6 years ago (tomorrow!) and ramen is too low in protein and to bulky/filling for me. However, DH eats ramen probably once a week, mostly on the weekends for lunch. He pretty much follows the package directions, although he doesn't always use the flavor packet. DD/SIL will have ramen for dinner a couple of times a month, although they punch it up by adding veggies (usually fresh, but sometimes will add canned water chestnuts) and usually a protein, to make it healthier and more filling.

Regarding flavor... everyone seems to like the "oriental" and the chicken equally, but it's usually chicken as I can get them at Sam's (and they are cheaper).

What is Sun brand ramen noodles? I have never heard of them or seen them in stores. How good are they? Do Sun brand ramen compare to Maruchan Ramen? That sounds interesting Tasha99 and I might try it sometime if I can find it

They're fresh and can be frozen, not instant ramen, so never deep fried. I bought them online, but I think they have them at Whole Foods. I think they're really good, but we did have an issue where packages frozen too long started smelling really strong of sulfer. That's why I won't buy more than needed in the future--freezing for a month is one thing, but the ones that got bad were like 6 months old.
