The Santa Clause movie is 30 years old this year - that’s right….30  Where has the time gone?!

I love the Santa Clause - it’s my favorite Christmas movie and I watch it every Thanksgiving night to kick off the holiday season. Let’s talk about all 3 movies today. Give us your Ho Ho Ho answer today……

What is your opinion of each of The Santa Clause movies?
(Multiple choice)

For Me…..As I mentioned above - i absolutely love the first Santa Clause movies and I like the second and third movies. I like the third more than the second, because I really like Martian Short as Jack Frost. The second and third movies are normally something I have on the kitchen TV while I do my holiday baking, which I really need to get started on.

I like the first one OK, but am not familiar with the sequels.
Same. I think I watched the first one when it came out, it was fine but I haven't felt the need to see it again.

I love all of them - first is the best ! I can’t believe it’s been 30 years - time just flies by !!! Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t Disney Hollywood Studios have a set display from this movie??? one that you could walk around and look at??
I did a poll on my last cruise 🚢 last month with this question which one of the three is your favorite I had it on my dryer erase board on my door - the first movie was by far and wide was the huge winner with 20 votes the other two movies together I think may have had five votes

I like the first movie, watched the second movie, and never saw the third movie. I will only watch the first movie again, not the other two.

Funny Coincidence since my family watched The Santa Clause on Disney+ last night!!

I LOVE #1 The Santa Clause, it's in my top 5 of Christmas movies have to watch.
I really like #3 and if that's on TV, I might click and watch. It seems to be on a lot.
I don't even remember #2

I actually liked the 2nd movie more than the first. When given a chance, Elizabeth Mitchell usually elevates anything in which she appears. The 3rd movie, though, was a waste of her talent.

While I think the first is the best of them all and I would agree that Martin Short is a nice add for the third, they're not a holiday season must for me. I tend gravitate more towards the animated and Rankin Bass classics when it comes to my holiday musts, but as far as feature length films...A Christmas Story, Miracle on 34th Street (both versions), and It's a Wonderful Life are my musts.

We watch all 3 during December. I think the first one is the best. I'm not a fan of the third but my wife likes it.
I have a whole box full of DVD/BLU ray Christmas movies that my goal is to get through every year.
