I have ADRs for CRT dinner in August. Do I have to pre-order the chocolate slipper dessert or is it now on the menu? Can I do it by calling WDW Dine or what?
I hope someone that has been there since we have can help you more, but when we went they only had the white chocolate slipper. Our waiter said they didnt have the regular chocolate one The one that was on the menu was the white chocolate, because I wanted the regular chocolate one.
Can you get this for lunch too? I really would love to get my DD one, for one meal. I really also want to do a mini wedding cake for my dh at one meal for our anniversary. Anyone have tips?
Is there a listing anywhere that tells what special desserts are offered at what restaurants? I know I could search through the food threads...but I was wondering if there was an easier way. After all, I am all about the dessert!!
Resorts with a bakery and in room dining have all kinds of offerings available and it's best to call your resort's in room dining to see what they have that is special.
The mini cakes are made by the GF bakery and can be ordered to be had at one of their restaurants or room service. It's $25. Some have reported getting a mini cake at BC so that is why it's best to call your resort directly.
The Slipper was only available at the GF till recently and now it is on the DINNER menu of the Castle for the 50th anniversary celebration. So you can order it at the GF for $14 to be enjoyed at one of their restaurants or room service OR you can get the slipper at the Castle for dinner for $10 (free if you have the plan).
Like I said, each deluxe resort has it's own offerings. I got a white Chocolate Mickey statue with strawberries at Boardwalk, delivered to my room and I called in room dining.
Some of the offerings are listed at www.wdwig.com under menues and then under in-room dining.
I would love to order the slipper dessert when I am at CRT for lunch. Can it be ordered at lunch? And what special dessert could I order for my boyfriend? I don't think he'll want the slipper dessert!!

As far as I know it can only be had at dinner. Lunch is now a character meal with a set menu with only one dessert. You'd have to call the castle directly and ask them.
www.wdwig.com has the menu for the Castle's lunch. There is only one dessert offered.
I saw the pictures and it looks just beautiful, I would like to get this for my they both like snow white and cinderella, it's this available at the cinderella gala feast?? more info . please

All info is in this thread. You call the GF and arrange it through their bakery. Cake is $25 and slipper is $14. The snow white statue was given to her by her father...not Disney.
You must order it at least 48 hours ahead of time.
