SlimQuick, Relacore - have you used them???

I'm seriously considering buying Relacore or Slimquick to help with my weight-loss but pills like that make me nervous.

Have you taken them and what's your experience with them????

Talk to your doctor first. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Note: Notice on the bottom of most of those ads how it says "results NOT typical". What is typical???

They say, "when used in conjunction with diet and exercise."

Counting paper clips, in conjunction with diet and exercise, will help you lose weight. So will listening to music. Pills or no pills - if you diet and exercise, you'll lose weight.

Don't waste your money.

Please dont do relacore. I tried it for 4 days I think last summer and HATED it. I should have listened to everyone here but I didnt. It was horrible. rn the other way.

I tried all the "fixes," "aids," and "gimmicks" I could get my hands on. I think the only way they really work is if after buying them, you're too poor to eat.

Weight loss sustainable in the long term comes only from lifestyle change. Eat better--excercise more.

I believe the scientific term for the stuff on the market is "junk."

I was told to stay away from pills and such. My Dr suggested South Beach but starting in week 3. I guess he figured weeks 1 and 2 would be too hard for me. He obviously knows I would be unlikely to stick with them. I just picked up the book from the library and some of the wraps sold in the store for lunch. I really like the wraps and it is already portioned! A coworker told me if possible to do the first 2 weeks cause she lost several pounds during that time. Good luck with whatever you decide.
