Since we are leaving on Saturday we called. Had no problem at all. Just said we needed distilled water for the CAP machine she looked it up said it will be waiting.
Yes....we pluged the extention cord behind the TV and ran it to the closed nightstand. Then durning the day we hung it up on the curtain hook in the wall by the tv so it was out of the way and no one tripped.
The room steward moved the phone to the other side of the bed for us. The first night hubby had the phone sitting on the open drawer on the night stand.
Very good to know, especially about the water. We were planning to just pick some up (along with some other liquids ) on our way to the port but it's a nice gesture on Disney's part to provide it.
so the cord for his sleep apnea machine will have to run across the room .....so if my daughter or I get up at night we could trip over it/??? why wouldn;t there be a plug near the table by the bed for it?????

I see your sailing on the Dream...I think someone else said there are plugs on both side tables. So no cord needed for you just if you are on the Wonder or Magic. Maybe someone can comfirm this for you but I thought I saw pictures of the plugs there.
