I Broke Into Someone's House Today

I locked myself our of my rowhouse one time on my way our to a shift party with the boys. Talked one of them into coming home with me to boost me up to the second floor balcony with the unlocked slider.

We will be celebrating out 30th wedding anniversary next Tuesday. He still claims I did it on purpose to entrap him. I'll never tell.

I'm a big fan of the hidden key. My DH totally objected to ANY key being hidden because no matter where I suggested, he was just sure someone would find it. My argument was that if a thief was going to spend time looking for a key (anywhere other than under the doormat or nearest flowerpot) they were already basically in. The key just prevents US a whole lot of drama. He finally agreed after one of my siblings who was staying at our house to take care of mom (who now lived near me) while we were on vacation got locked out when the battery died on our garage door keypad.
