Skinit.com is having a four hour sale. According to my email its buy 1 get 1 free.

I got a skin for the I touch & a dsi skin w/ my dog on it for Britt. Total w/ shipping 21$ It was very easy to make a "personal" skin.

The code is CYBERMON .

I hope this helps someone.

I've used this company a few times before and always had great luck. I got the website from these boards so I'm hoping to "pay it forward".

Thanks so much for sharing this! I bought two of the white DSIs from Target for my kids. This is a great way to make each one special. I got 2 skins for $18 with shipping.

Is itover? I can't find it on their website.

You put the code in once the items are in the cart. Once you apply the code, it will give you the discount. I didn't see it offered on the website at all. I just tried it again and it worked.

I got another email while we were out. They are extending the sale until midnight PST.

Of course! I was going to order from them, decided not to and found decalgirl, used that since it was cheaper... TODAY, like an hour ago  Had I known about this I would have ordered the skin it!!!!
Oh well, happens a lot for us, am still happy with what I ordered! :upsidedow

Thanks OP, It sure helped me! I've been wanting to order 2 laptop skins for my kids but could never justify the $$$. Finally got them bc of your posting! Thanks soooo much.:cool1: Happy Holidays.

Are these stickers or silicone?
Thanks
I think they are like a 'window cling'. They don't have any glue to them, I don't think.

Clarification: They are vinyl and they used to be like a 'window cling' in that they could be reused from one product to another. They used to cling by static but perhaps they have changed and now have a glue applied to them.

They are a little more adhesive then clings. My dd has used them on her electronics in the past and they only come off if she really peels at them. I think they are worth it if you are really wanting to change the "look" of your ds, phone, ipod etc. Its amazing how many different things they have.

I can't wait to see my dd's dsi skin w/ a picture of our dog on it. :lovestruc

Thank you too! Found out a few days ago that my DNiece and her new husband got iPhones. Told a little fib to found out which version, and got one for each of them with their wedding photos from this summer. Also, you can get the deal on the "SkinCards" so a person can do their own design!

What a wonderful idea on the wedding photos! So glad it worked, we can all afford to save a few . :dance3:

They are sticky and much thicker than a window cling. Mine has been on my laptop for a year and still looks great.
