OK, so now Nate thinks Lisa might still be alive. What do you think? I think, on this show, anything is possible. So if she IS alive, where is she, and what about the dental records?

Rico is traveling down a slippery slope. I can see a bunny getting boiled on the horizon.;)

George's mystery son looks like a young version of George. Good casting. Otherwise, dopey storyline.:p

Brenda needs to dump the freak and take a look at what she's passing up.:smooth:

Keith seems to be struggling a little. Any chance he'll swing the other way if he gets to go on tour? I'm thinkin' yes.

Claire will be swinging the other way too soon. Saw that one coming the first day Mena Suvari showed up.

Let's see, what else? Where is Arthur? Is he lurking? Will he show up demanding his replacement yogurt? We shall see...:p

Agree with all your observations!:D Doesn't this show just get a little more bizarre each time you watch it...LOL...it sure keeps one going from week to week.

How about David's old girlfriend chewing him up like she did, then saying at the end, "thanks for letting me vent, I needed that"...that was weird too.

Not sure about Lisa still being alive, but like you say, anything is possible on this show. Clare has the worst luck with the men she choses...so she may start to swing in the other direction.

I actually found Arthur to be an interesting character, to say the least and wish he would come back, he sure kept you wondering too.

Frederico is going to end up between a rock and a hard place, actually I think is about there right now, that will be interesting to see how this story line all pans out.

All in all, pretty good episode last night. ::yes::

Might be too early to say, but I think this season is turning out to be the best so far - at least IMHO.;)

I really like Brenda and her new boyfriend together.

I was thinking that the pychic was going for a Lisa's still alive in Maya kinda thing but he went straight to the Lisa's alive concept, who knows. lol

Fredrico- Oh boy Vanessa's going to freak out soon. I think that the stripper will end up telling Vanessa about what Fredricoss been doing and whoa it's going to be bad, especially since she just turned her back on her sister for him.

I think they may have a Claire is "curious" story but I don't think she'll turn out to be gay.

I like that David and Keith are'nt having problems this year, i enjoy seeing them get along but I'm sure the writer will ruin it soon.

It was the best episode of the season so far.:D

And don't you just love those opening sequences? You can never guess just how those people will die. You think one thing, and it's something else completely. Alan Ball keeps us on our toes every week. This show just gets better all the time.

I hate to go there, but I like SFU alot more than Sopranos these days.;)

I am late to the party because I did not see the show until this morning. I agree it is a great season so far. Makes you wonder why some critics are saying " it is hard to tell if this show just suddenly got bad, or we just noticed it has been bad all along". I could not disagree with them more. The episodes this year have been exceptionally good. Beats me why they are saying otherwise. Must once again be a case of the viewing public beeing to dumb to know it is not good. I hate critics ! For some reason they think if they look down on something it makes them look superior. And if they like something it makes them look common. And they get paid to do this !

I'm not liking the Rico storyline. How can he spend time away from his own family like that? And that other woman has a ton of psycho potential.

I miss Arthur. He really added to the household. I didn't think he was behind the little 'presents'. Dump truck? LOLOL!!!!!

I like Keith's new job. There are possibilities with that.

Ruth is back in meddle mode. WOO HOO!

I doubt I'll ever figure Nate out.

Olivier hooked up with Brenda's Mom for more than a fling. They deserve each other.

I want to see Billy. Jeremy Sisto is yummy....:D

Last season was a disappointment. I love it again this year.
Question - I missed SFU the 4th of July weekend. But last week they showed what had happened the week before the 4th.
Was there a rerun on the fourth of July weekend? I can't tell if I missed anything - looks like not.
I even love the music and opening credits - such an over the top show - it took courage to bring this one to the tube - I'm glad they did.:p

yes, the 4th was a rerun. I was annoyed at the time, but looks like it worked out well for you :-)

Thank you faithinkarma
Not just for me BUT my DD no longer has HBO so I am in charge of taping for her - I'm so glad I didn't miss taping one for her - I'm out of the dog house before I even got in - YIPEE:teeth:

I can't wait for the new show tonight, I also saw a 22 minute preview for the new show afterward. I didn't want to watch it, but after the preview I can't wait to see what happens next!! Now I will have 2 hours of HBO instead of my usual hour! LOL

Well, what does everyone think of tonights episode? It was a little bizarre....but still good!::yes::

I watched Entourage afterwards, and I'll watch again, but not sure just where this one is heading...

And just to add, I LOVE Deadwood and can't wait for its return...too long between seasons.

Tonight was very bizarre and David was so predictable.

i watched the last 1/2 hour through my fingers! That guy
David picked up was wacko but I really thought he'd do
something other than what he did do. There were so many
times when David could and should have taken control of
the situation-geesh, what a dope! Rico is in deep! I hate
George and I hope his son takes him out!!! I also hate
Brenda's mother, too bizarro for me. If I ever see a shrink,
I'll ask for family references for sure-lol!

I don't think the psychic was referring to Lisa; I think she's referring to Brenda.

The psychic says something to the effect: "She's not gone. She's trying to get to you. She just doesn't know how...I see a woman. I see water.....She thinks you stopped loving her."

First, the reference to water could be construed to mean Lisa, but since the first season, water has been used as a metaphor for Brenda's moods.......she's pictured with it frequently and she and I think she and Nate were supposed to get married on a beach. And, her dad - his memorial ceremony was in front of water....

To me, more telling is: "She thinks you stopped loving her"......I don't think Nate ever loved Lisa, so, how can he have stopped? By his own admission in that scene he had "just started" to love her...

What has me  is "3 doesn't mean anything".....

Tonight's episode was good. Not anything like last week, but still very good. I love Claire. She's great. Rico is in big trouble and his wife is not the type that will accept ANY of that behavior. I think it will be over between them. Perhaps he will move into the Fisher house?

I LOVED the David/Wacko episode! I mean, I was downright riveted. I thought it was full of twists and turns, and all in half an episode. That's good writing.

I love the way this show keeps you guessing. There is never any way to figure out what's happening next. The only thing predictable about David IMHO was that he was scared to DEATH and was catering to that nutcase in every possible way. I would too.:p

BTW, anyone think David will be addicted to crack now? They do say if you do it once, you're hooked.
