We will be flying to disney and have a 2 and 4 year old. We have a jeep double umbrella stroller, but I'm wondering if it would be easier to bring 2 single umbrella strollers instead of the double. Will it be easier getting through crowds, bus, etc? Any opinions appreciated!

We used out sit n stand deluxe last spring. I didn't want to mess with 2 strollers. It was a bit of a hassle the first day, but once we got into our groove, nothing stopped us.

You're going to have some people to navigate anytime you're there, just take your time and relax. Remember lots of excuse me's and you should be good.

I was just wondering the same thing. I have the sit and stand that is heavy. I was wondering if we should just use 2 umbrella strollers or rent when we get down there. My kids will be 3 and almost 6 at the time.

What my parents are using right now is a stroller (jogger $25) I picked up at a good Goodwill. If you have time, keep an eye out. You never know what you'll find.

I was toying around with the same question. I have a turning-5-while there and a 2 yo. Thinking of two umbrellas - any thoughts of the volo vs triumph?

We did a double last year and this year we went with 2 singles. It was a little easier because it wasn't one big thing to fold up carry/put on the buses, but you've got to have 2 people able to fold them and carry them on the buses and look out for your littles at the same time. For us, it worked out having 2 singles, as we had an extra adult with us (although we also had another child with us too ;) ) I don't think there's any right answer though....

We went to WDW last year with our 2 year old and almost 5 year old. We decided after much debate to take our 2 umbrellas (one volo one triumph). We were glad we did mainly for taking transportation and for shopping. It was also nice if we split up in that one could take one stroller the other take the other.

With that said, we do DL several times/year and there we walk to and from the parks and we take our double jogging stroller. We much prefer the convenience of 1 stroller, the larger baskets, cup holders, etc except that I will NOT take that thing into the stores. For shopping, the 2 umbrellas win hands down! And, I would not even attempt transportation with it. If your jeep umbrella stroller doesn't offer any extra conveniences over 2 single umbrellas I'd take the 2!

My son is tall and has trouble sleeping in the volo. If I were to do it all over again, I'd get a 2nd triumph or maybe even a step up from there! The mesh seat also doesn't seem to give a lot of support and there is a lot of flexing of the stroller going on (he was 55 lbs on our trip and 47").
