Silly question - no park hopper

I have what is probably a silly question but I can make dining reservations tomorrow so I want all my ducks in a row today!

We have the Deluxe Dining Plan and want to hit as many TS as possible. Many of the restaurants that interest us are in Epcot but we had only planned to go to Epcot for one day and we don't have a park hopper. Is it possible to do just a meal like dinner in a park when you have been in another park for the day? Or would we need to buy a park hopper to make that possible?

Yep you have to have hoppers to do this.
