Silly Question-FD and other discounts

I have never been to Disney and hoping for FD in end of Jan 2013.
I see from these boards that FD is offered at some point through the end of 2012, but when I go to the Disney website, I don't see those offers.

Where will I find the FD offer or find the packages once they are released on the Disney website??

Free Dining is typically offered in August & September. Sometimes it is extended into the fall/winter. Sometmes it is offered to the public (and will be listed on their website), recently it has been offered more through select mailings Aka PIN (here's an FAQ http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1686236)

I would advise you not to count on free dining and should it be offered then it's a bonus. I would also say if free dining is very important to you then you should consider moving your trip to late summer.
