Shula's on dining plan

Need clarification. Regular dining plan at a signature restaurant includes entree, dessert, non-alc beverage for 2 TS credits. Does that mean that for 2 TS credits at Shula's I get a great piece of meat, dessert and drink -- and that's it? It appears from the menu that potatoes, vegetables, etc. are all separate items from the entree, so we will pay out of pocket for them. Am I interpreting this correctly??
