We are going to Seaworld for the first time on Saturday 12/20. I have all intentions of seeing as much as we can in one day. We are accomplished commando tourers and will have the thrill rides done by 9:30. And that is where my touring plan stops. I emailed Seaworld to provide a daily schedule for that day and they replied that due to weather, crowds, blah, blah, blah they can not give a schedule for that day. This is such a line of bull! They can post the park hours then they know what to expect for crowds. The 15 day accuweather forecast is available. They are no different than any other theme park and the schedule changes very little if at all. I bet the cost of my vacation that the schedule for that Saturday is already printed. I told them that I'd like to pre-plan the tour and not have to stand around looking at the map and schedule like the rest of the party navigators. I know that reading these postings will help. I need the help of a PLANNER! That is very difficult to say as an Engineer.
If anyone goes to Seaworld before the 18th please let me know showtimes!:boat:

Actually I have been to Sea World during the summer and once a couple days after Christmas when they have done a PA in the afternoon to let you know that there were new/more shows scheduled for later in the day because of the excessive crowds. Closing was extended to a later hour than posted at the gate when we arrived in the morning, too.

If it storms the shows are cancelled for everyone's safety so weather is very important factor. than when it clears up there might be shows added for the people who stuck it out and didn't leave the park. There is absolutely no way to forecast the weather here in Florida 15 days out. For example: No one expected rain this week until Friday like they were telling us earlier in the week, but yesterday(Wed) there were rain storms here on the coast before noon. They were probably a result of the unforseen tropical storms that formed this week. Last night in Orlando there was rain and strong cold winds which were the result of a cold front that unexpectantly made it farther South than was originally expected. My point being...... Sea World probably can't give you the exact times for shows etc. until the day before and still when you walk in the park, they are subject to change.
