Okay, I got this far but how do I make the picture come up instead of the URL? I was so excited that it finally may work but I still need more help.

Hope this helps, if not check out the Tech boards. Make sure you click on the thumb nail to open the full size print.

Pick a picture
Right mouse click on it
Go to properties
Highlight address url. Right click again and select copy. Place pointer over the highlighted part and then left click on copy. Make sure to copy from the http at the beginning, all the way to the end
Copy address
Come back to your post
Type
Paste the address with no space between the [img] and the http in the address
Type immediately after the full url address

Hey Miller1412,
What type of camera did you use on your pics. They are so sharp. If it is digital give some pointers please. I have a Nikon D70 and would love to have great shots like yours on our trip in May. :flower:

I have a Fuji FinePix s7000. I love it...I haven't picked up my 35mm Nikkon since I got it.

I used a ISO of 400 in the day...and 800 at night to help catch the fireworks with no flash. I didn't have a tripod, I just tried to steady my camera as best I could on whatever was nearby. I had to take a ton of shots to get good night pics though. I played around with my manual settings before the fireworks would start to find the best shutter speed...to be honest, I don't remember what I ended up using on some of those shots...I tried so many different settings!

Sorry I'm not much help...I'm just learning myself...good luck and have fun!

I'm having a lot of trouble posting the pics. I thought I had it last night, but today I looked back on the thread and the pics were so tiny, you couldn't see them at all. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here? One more try...

This thread is wonderful! I've really enjoyed seeing everyone's pictures. Some of you are incredible photographers! I'll have to pull a few of mine together sometime soon. Just wanted to bump this back up. ::MinnieMo
