this looks so good. I need to go to the poly on my trip just to try some cupcakes. I wish they had had all of these good cupcakes when I stayed there last time.

The Disney Food Blog has put out its 2012 Cupcake Crawl challenge, featuring several of the goodies recently posted on this thread.
Personally, I don't think I could do all 7 in a week
I'll be in Disney June 8th-June 17th, I'll make sure to take some pictures and try some cupcakes - you know, all in the name of research and what not.
I recently put together a list of all the cupcakes that I found (or at least all the unique ones. it's hard to keep up with new cupcakes popping up all the time!). Already I'm seeing a few on this thread that I might've missed...that darth vader one looks especially amazing!

I ADORE Disney Cupcakes and have been on a quest to sample as many of them as humanly possible while I've been living in Florida.

That was the biggest photoshop would let me upload, but glad it's not too large, lol!
