Has anyone ran into trouble with Disney losing your ADR? And if so would bringing a confirmation email help? I tend to have very bad luck with losing reservations at dining locations. (Haven't really done ADR at Disney) But will be doing several our next trip.

Haven't been to Disneyland, but when we go to Disney World, I certainly do have a folder with ANY and ALL confirmations for the entire trip (dining included).

I haven't had any problems, but if it makes you feel better, then I would either bring them with you or have the Disneyland App with your account loaded onto your phone.

If you don't have the app I would just screen shot your ADR and save it in your pictures instead of lugging a folder with reservations all over the place. I have never had any issues at WDW or DL with them losing my ADR but I do think it is a good idea to be prepared just in case.

I always save the ADR confirmations in a folder in my email that I can access from my phone in case the app is down. But, I’ve never had a problem with them finding my reservation.

If you will be dining at a TS restaurant in the GCH and want to enter by the hotel's main entrance on Disneyland Dr., have a copy of your confirmation email on your phone. Sometimes the CMs at the checkpoint on the sidewalk ask to see the email, so it helps to have it ready in advance.

I print each days itinerary and bring the itinerary for that day into the park with me. I do it mostly to be able to see where everyone is and needs to be when the app is flaking out. I have not had to use it for problems with ADRs. Carrying a piece of paper isn't hard and if it makes you feel better - do it. Just realize that if their computer disagrees with your paper, they do not have to honor your paper. You could book things, print out the paper and then cancel them to avoid charges if you don't show up. In that case you would have the paper, but no actual reservation.

In rock paper scissors I would bet that computer takes the place of scissors and beats paper.

I have never had a problem but I do take all my confirmation numbers on a calendar.
