Hello, All...I'm hoping someone can help with my dilemma. My granddaughter ONLY wants a Cinderella castle playset for her birthday. She has told EVERYONE that she's getting one (from us). Naturally, it's sold out on the Disney site, however, I saw MANY in the shops while at Disney last week. Would it be possible to contact World of Disney and purchase one that way? I also would be using gift cards. Has anyone done this?

Yes, you can order one by calling WDW mail order at 407-363-6200. I don't know if they will take a gift card, I've never used one.

I would say that the best way to find out is to call World of Disney. That way you are 100% sure to get the right answer !

Or you can call WDW Mail Order Merchandise Guest Service at 407-363-6200, I am sure they will be able to help you .

Thank you, both! I called, I ordered, and I was able to use the gift cards! WHEW!
