Thanx bluetigger

Only five days to go

Found this information on a website:
"Osceola Square Mall - Enjoy Kissimmee's only enclosed mall with over 50 great specialty shops, movie theaters and food court. Features Beall's, Upton's, Eckert Drugs, Ross Dress for Less, Morrison's Cafeteria.
3831 W Irlo Bronson Mem. Hwy
Kissimmee, FL 34741"

Think we tried to find this mall once but could not, surprising since we always stay in Kissimmee.

One thing is for sure it is not a major mall such as the Florida Mall or the Mall At Millenia.
There are no major malls in the Kissimmee area.

We visited the Osceola Mall some time ago and it was extremely poor. Cant say i recall that specific shop I am afraid, but overall, the place was a dump. We had the misfortune of going to the cinema there (we watched Duece Bigalow, so it was some time ago), and it was a disgusting uncomfortable flea pit.
Needless to say, we have never been back.

You really need to go to the premium outlets or the florida mall or the mall at millenia for some serious shopping..

Or Belz if its open again...

We went there last August but only because it was an emergency aid station following hurricane Charley. It was not a nice looking Mall by anymeans and I really wouldn't go out of my way to go back again...

You should avoid this so-called Mall like the plague. It is old, half-empty and not the most secure of places to shop. There IS a decent Ross store here, and a Bealls Outlet, but there are much better examples of these elsewhere (notably at the new The Loop centre), and neither would be a reason to stop here on their own. I'm afraid this Mall is not destined for great things as its location is simply not designed for the main tourist areas any more.

We visited the Osceola Mall many years ago, and felt it was used more by locals not tourists. It did have a Ross store, but it was nothing special - definately not worth going out of your way for! :sad2:

Reading this thread, it doesn't look like it has improved any over the years.

I live in Orlando and the OSceola Mall is not the one to go to. Try the Florida Mall and then right opposite is another strip mall with a ROSS, World Market, Linens and Things, etc. Ross has great clothes at great prices. Also, on Sand Lake Road there is Old Time Pottery for those looking for great bargains for the house.

Another great mall is Waterford Lakes. Take 417 towards Sandford and when you come to the EW Expressway (408) it will say Titusville. Go that way and get off at Alafaya trail and make a left hand turn. The mall is right there with plenty of shops. A store for electronics is Best Buy. There is Kirklands, Super Target, Ross, Bed Bath and Beyond, Old Navy, movies, restaurants both fast food and sit down. Nice mall to shop in and one of my favorites.
