We will be in Orlando in a couple of weeks and would like to do some shopping while we are there

My Hubby is 6'5" and wear a size 16 shoe. We are very limited in Edmonton, Canada for large footwear and are hoping to find some shoes etc while away.

I am having a hard time finding info on the net and would appreciate any help you have as to where we could possible look for clothes and shoes.

Thanks:hippie:

Try Casual Male Big & Tall (www.casualmale.com). There are a few stores in Orlando including one on International Drive. Also, stores like Macys have big and tall sections within their mens' departments - there's one at the Mall at Millenia and one at the Florida Mall.

Indeed, try casual big and tall. Your husband will have a huge selection of clothes to choose from.

Also, a great place to go to get designer named clothes at a serious discount is the Burlington Coat Factory (not just coats). You'll find a lot of big and tall clothes there at a serious discount. They basically buy overstock or clothes that didn't sell. So the big and tall stuff that sat on the shelves for months (many name brands) sell for an amazing discount.

Hope this helps. There are a few burlington coat factories in Orlando. One in Altamonte Springs, and the other one that I know of on Highway 50 near Winter Garden, Ocoee area.

Best of luck.

Thank you for all your suggestions.

Shoes are really a bigger concern than clothing. We live in a city of 1 million people but can't buy athletic shoes for him here. It is very irritating.

I've gone on footlockers website as well as a couple others, and we do have the option of ordering online. However, because we live in Canada shipping takes up to 20 days and we have to pay quite a bit in shipping fees and not know if the shoes will even fit properly.

We are going to try some of the suggestions here as well as footlocker when we are in Orlando in a couple weeks.

Failing that, we can order online while in Florida and have overnight delivery of shoes shipped to our hotel. Hopefully, we'll have some success, after all we are there for fun not shopping.
