shopping day

Hi, we would like to spend a non Disney day during our holiday. We wont have a car so it will be a taxi or bus.
I have seen videos on a new place that has shops entertainment and a millennium wheel, does anyone what this place is called, how far from Disney it is and if its worth a visit. I have also seen there is an old shopping mall re vamped and re opened, any know the name of this one and where it is and is it worth a visit?
We want to find somewhere we can do some clothes shopping (not designer ) maybe a water ride like an air boat, what would you recommend please ?

You're referring to The Orlando Eye. It's right by the convention center off international drive. It's about a 15-20 min drive from Disney Springs (we take the back way so I-4 might be a little longer if you go that route). Basically in between Disney and Universal. There's a little shopping/dining plaza right around the Orlando Eye. Movie theater, Wonderworks building, ice bar, ton of restaurants. We've stayed at the Rosen hotel across the street a couple times but have never been to that little plaza so I have no idea what type of stores they have to shop. Definitely no air boat rides there though lol. I don't believe there's any rides in that plaza.

However there's an airboat tour about 30 min east of Disney.
