I'm so bummed. I got a great deal on this Dooney & Burke Magic Kingdom purse - ordered it on August 1, using a DVC discount via the "Shop Disney Parks" app. It arrived after about 10 days, I've been using it daily since.
Today, less than a month after receiving it, the strap popped right off one side.

I'm so sad about it - I hadn't been weighing it down with lead weights! I just put the regular purse stuff - keys, glasses, wallet, lipstick... and yet, today it died.
I called the Shop Disney Parks. They were really friendly and helpful. They said because it's more than 30 days after the purchase, they normally wouldn't let me return it for credit, but are allowing me to as a "one time courtesy" (okay) but I have to pay return shipping. I also sent photos of the damage to an e-mail address they provided me.
I'm a little nervous about shipping something down to Florida right now. (I told the lady I hope she and everyone down there are safe during the hurricane!) I added insurance to the package. Crossing my fingers it gets there eventually (and that everyone in the area remains safe!)
Anyway... very disappointing. Just bad luck, I guess. I thought D&B was a quality brand. Maybe the merch they make for Disney parks is sub-par? I was definitely not abusing it.
